Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours.  We understand that life can get busy and that unexpected changes may arise.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.  This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients and provide the best possible service to everyone.

 

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

 

• Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice (no shows) may be charged 100% of the scheduled service before booking another service.  

 

• If you fail to pay for a missed appointment, your following appointments will be cancelled.

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us accommodate other clients and supports our stylists time.
